01Data minimization
Afendor Group collects only what is needed to fulfill orders, secure accounts, and deliver digital products that we sell directly. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not operate a marketplace that shares data with other product sellers.
02Who we are
Afendor Group operates its own store
Afendor Group sells its own digital products and services directly to customers. We are not a multi-vendor marketplace and we do not sell products on behalf of other people. We do not share customer data with third-party product sellers, vendors, or reseller networks because those roles do not exist on our website.
03Information we collect
Account & order data
- Email address and display name / username
- Encrypted password (never stored in plain text)
- Order IDs, product purchased, and subscription expiry
- Support ticket messages and attachments you send us
Security & access data
- Hashed device ID (HWID) for license binding where required
- IP address at login and checkout (fraud prevention)
- Session tokens and authentication cookies
- Loader login metadata (timestamps, basic device info)
Payment data
Card, UPI, and wallet payments are processed by third-party payment processors we integrate with for checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may retain transaction IDs, amounts, and status for billing and dispute handling. Payment processors are used only to collect payment for Afendor Group's own products — not to facilitate sales by other sellers.

- Deliver licenses, loader access, and order receipts for products you buy from us
- Authenticate logins and protect accounts (2FA, session security)
- Enforce device locks, subscription expiry, and license limits
- Detect fraud, chargebacks, restriction evasion, and Terms violations
- Respond to support tickets and send service-related emails
- Improve stability, security, and product delivery
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We also do not share purchase data with third-party product merchants for marketplace fulfillment.
05Discord & OAuth
If you connect Discord, we store your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL to deliver loader access and link your account. You can disconnect Discord from dashboard settings; some products may require Discord for delivery.
06Device lock (HWID)
Products that use HWID binding store a hashed fingerprint to limit licenses to authorized devices. Reset requests are available from your dashboard within plan limits. Attempts to bypass HWID may be logged and can result in account action per our Terms of Service.
07Cookies & local storage
What we store in your browser
- Login session and auth tokens (to keep you signed in)
- Cart and checkout preferences
- Currency / UI preferences where applicable
We do not use invasive ad-tracking pixels. Essential cookies are required for the site to function; disabling them may break login and checkout.
08Data retention & deletion
- Order and billing records are kept as required for accounting and disputes.
- Security logs (IP, restriction records) may be retained to prevent abuse.
- Deleted accounts may leave anonymized order history for legal compliance.
- You may request account data review via support; deletion requests are handled case-by-case.
09Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact us through Support with your registered email. We may verify identity before processing requests.
10Security
Afendor Group uses industry-standard measures including encrypted passwords, HTTPS, access controls, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No system is 100% secure — use a strong unique password and enable 2FA where available.
