By accessing or using Afendor Group services or digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Afendor sells its own digital products and services directly—we are not a marketplace and we do not sell products on behalf of others. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use our offerings.
01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Afendor Group websites, dashboards, loaders, support channels, and the digital products and services that Afendor Group sells directly ("Services"). By creating an account, completing checkout, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
02Nature of our business
Afendor Group sells its own products
Afendor Group is an independent software and digital-products business. We sell digital products and related services that we offer under our own brand. We are not a marketplace, auction site, multi-vendor store, or reseller platform.
- We do not sell products on behalf of other people, sellers, vendors, or third-party merchants.
- We do not host, list, or enable users or third parties to sell or resell products through Afendor Group.
- Customer accounts are for purchasing and using Afendor Group offerings only — not for operating a shop, listing inventory, or acting as a seller.
- References to our "store," "catalog," or "website" mean Afendor Group's own sales channels for our own products and services.
03Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including purchases and logins.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse trials, coupons, or support.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or evade enforcement.
04License grant
Afendor Group grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased digital products solely for your own private use and only for the subscription period you paid for. You do not acquire ownership of any software, source code, branding, or intellectual property.
- License keys, credentials, and loader access are for one licensed user only.
- You may not share, transfer, gift, publish, or resell purchased licenses, keys, credentials, or access. Afendor Group does not authorize or facilitate product reselling by customers.
- Simultaneous use on multiple machines may trigger automatic license suspension.
05Prohibited conduct
You must not
- Share, leak, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit license keys, loader files, or account access.
- Use Afendor Group to advertise, list, broker, or resell products belonging to you or any third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, patch, crack, or bypass licensing or security systems.
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse checkout, coupons, support, or delivery.
- Impersonate staff, forge receipts, or submit fraudulent payment or refund claims.
- Harass staff, spam support, or attempt to social-engineer other users or admins.
- Use abusive, threatening, or hateful language in website support chat, tickets, or other support channels. Repeated violations may result in temporary subscription pauses, restricted support access, or account suspension per our enforcement policy.
- Use our Services for unlawful activity or to interfere with external services or other users.
- Attempt chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support first.
- Circumvent access restrictions by creating new accounts, VPN abuse, or hardware ID spoofing.
06External compatibility & use
Some products are designed to work alongside software or services operated by other companies. Those providers may update policies, change compatibility, or limit access to their systems at any time — without notice and outside our control.
Afendor Group does not guarantee that any external service will remain compatible, undetected, or continuously available. You are solely responsible for how you use our software and for any outcome on accounts, profiles, data, or digital content managed by third parties. Compatibility with external software does not mean Afendor Group sells those companies' products or acts on their behalf.
07Enforcement & restrictions
We may respond to violations by
- Account suspension — removal of login, purchases, and support access.
- License revocation — immediate termination of active subscriptions without refund.
- Device restriction — blocking the hardware fingerprint tied to abuse or license sharing.
- Network restriction — blocking addresses associated with fraud, chargebacks, or evasion attempts.
- Payment blacklist — refusing future orders from flagged emails, cards, or wallets.
- Integration removal — revoking linked OAuth access and loader delivery rights.
Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion. Restrictions may be permanent and are not limited to the product involved in the violation. We are not obligated to provide advance notice when immediate action is required to protect our services and other customers.
08Device lock & HWID
Device binding
Certain products bind your license to a device fingerprint (HWID). Reset requests are limited and reviewed case-by-case. Attempting to spoof, reset, or farm HWIDs to share access across machines is a license violation and may result in permanent access restriction without refund.
09Payments & subscriptions
- All prices are shown at checkout; taxes or fees may apply based on your region.
- Purchases are made directly from Afendor Group; payment is collected for our own products and services.
- Digital delivery is automatic once payment is confirmed.
- Subscription time starts when access is granted, not when you first launch the product.
- Extending an active plan adds time to your existing expiry where supported.
- Failed, reversed, or disputed payments void delivery and may trigger enforcement.
10Refunds
Digital goods are delivered instantly. Refunds are limited and governed by our Refund Policy. No refund is owed for issues arising on external services, buyer's remorse, wrong purchases after activation, or incompatibility when system requirements were listed.
11Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afendor Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, accounts, or digital assets. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in the 30 days before the claim.
12Changes & contact
